  1. 1. Tickets

    Tickets may be sold and purchased only in British Columbia.

    Ticket purchasers must be 19 years of age or older.

    The number of tickets available for sale in each price range may change, but the overall number of tickets for sale and odds of winning will not change as outlined under Section 11.11 of the Licensed Charitable Gaming Rules

  2. 2. 50/50

    BC Gaming Event Licence #170085

    2 for $10.00; 500 tickets
    5 for $20.00; 1000 tickets
    15 for $50.00; 1005 tickets
    40 for $100.00; 2000 tickets

    The 50/50 is a draw where the money received in ticket sales is divided evenly between the winner and the charity.

    Maximum 50/50 payout will be $7,425.00.

  3. 3. Important Dates & Draw Information

    Deadline
    Final ticket sales deadline: March 10, 2026 at 4:00:00 p.m. PDT

    Draw
    50/50 draw: March 10, 2026 at 7:00:00 p.m. PDT

    If for some reason, the draw cannot take place on the draw date listed, a substitute draw date and time will be selected. All ticket purchasers will be able to see the amended draw date and time information posted on the same website the ticket was purchased.

    Draw will be held at 1498 Government St, Penticton, BC V2A 4W1

    The winning ticket is drawn using Random Number Generator software (RNG). 

    All ticket holders are welcome to attend the draw.

    Winners will be posted online at https://259aircadets.rafflenexus.com/winners on March 10, 2026.

  4. 4. Winner

    Winner will be contacted by phone by the 259 Panther Penticton Squadron Sponsoring Committee.

    Winners consent to release of their names by licensee.

    If a winning ticket bears a minor's name, the prize will be lawfully delivered to the minor's parent, legal guardian or trustee.

    No tickets will be purchased by the Board of Directors of the 259 Panther Penticton Squadron Sponsoring Committee or employees involved with the conduct and management of the ticket raffle.

  5. 5. Privacy

    259 Panther Penticton Squadron Sponsoring Committee does not sell, rent or exchange any personal information collected from our supporters with any other organization or entity.

  6. 6. Complaints

    Any complaints can be directed to the raffle administrators by emailing: James@lifehappening.ca. Administrators will review the complaint and take action if necessary.

  7. 7. Delay in Draw

    Should a delay occur in the draw time on draw day, every effort will be made to make the draw as soon as possible. Should an alternate day need to be announced, after approval by BC Gaming, all ticket purchasers will be notified via email.

  8. 8. Other

    Please email our team at James@lifehappening.ca should you require a refund for any ticket purchases or would like to issue a complaint, and we would be happy to assist you.

The Royal Canadian Air Cadet Program offers a nationally recognized program to all youths aged 12 - 18. The Royal Canadian Air Cadet Program has 3 aims:

⦿ To develop Citizenship skills in youth,

⦿ To promote Physical Fitness; and,

⦿ To instill interest in the Air Element.
